The Bill Quadra is fitted with single dual action filter incorporating sediment and chemical removal elements. All Billi Quadra filters are manufactured using bacteria and biofilm resistant materials for improved water quality. Premium filters provide better tasting water due to the high quality, carbon chemical removal filter. Sub micron rated, these filters have excellent chemical absorption, removing or reducing chlorine, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), chemicals, tastes and odours. Use only genuine filters as designed for this system. All drinking water filtration systems should be flushed after a period of non-use. If your Billi Quadra has not been used for a period of 48 hours or more, flush the system for 1 minute.
The Quadra filter change due monitor operates by counting the number of cups dispensed and the number of days elapsed until a pre-set level is reached. Once reached, the dispenser icons will briefly change to orange once every five seconds. The Quadra will continue to operate while the filter indicator is flashing. Water filters installed in areas with higher levels of turbidity (cloudiness/sediment) will experience a reduced service life. The flow from the cold water outlet will decrease as the filters become blocked. It may be necessary to change filters before the change filter indicator flashes. The filter monitor can be reprogrammed to an appropriate service interval if required. Contact Billi Pty Ltd. Standard 5 micron-rated filters generally have a longer service life than Premium sub micron-rated filters. If particularly dirty water is noticed coming through the water supply, e.g. from other tap ware, as sometimes occurs following repairs to local water mains, immediately turn your Billi Quadra off using the ON/OFF button. This will help prevent premature blocking of the filter cartridges.
Periodic replacement of your Billi Quadra’s Water Filter Cartridges is necessary to maintain the sparkling cleanliness and purity of your drinking water. A replacement filter change service is available. To arrange, contact The Watershop on 02 9458 1111. If you wish to install the replacement filter cartridges yourself, filters can be purchased online through The Watershop, which will provide you with genuine Billi replacement filter cartridge sets.
Once new filter(s) have been installed and the filter flush cycle is complete, check for any water leakage around the filter system. Take particular care to ensure the area around the water leakage sensor, located on the lower left hand side of the bulkhead behind the filters, is dry. The CO2 injection system used in the Billi Sparkling range ensures the saturation of CO2 in the water is high which means it has a better life and, consequently, taste.
A simple adjustable control knob allows the chilled water temperature to be raised to 15˚C or lowered to 6˚C for perfectly chilled, refreshing drinks, with your required temperature being quickly reached and maintained.
Adjust the level of sparkling to suit your taste. With adjustable controls up to 5 bar of CO2 pressure, this offers the world’s best carbonation system.
The Billi SplashFree boiling water delivery electronically varies the water flow, slowing momentarily to eliminate splashing as the water first enters the cup. All Billi dispensers are supplied standard with a safety switch. In addition the hot water to the mixer tap is controlled to conform with regulations to make it totally safe for washing hands , glasses and cutlery
The Billi Sparkling range is supplied as two modules enabling multiple cupboard configuration options to maximise the use and efficiency of your cupboard space.
The sparkling system includes a silver Ion (Ag+) system which benefits the health of the user and the unit and eliminates any potential for growth of harmful bacteria.
